Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for new retail stores, from initial site assessment to grand opening.
- Supervise and monitor construction progress, ensuring all work adheres to architectural designs and quality standards.
- Oversee refurbishment and store maintenance programs to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Develop and track project schedules, identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage relationships with external contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Control project budgets, ensuring all activities are delivered within authorized financial frameworks.
- Prepare regular progress reports for management, providing insights into timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate site closures and decommissioning processes in compliance with company protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail, commercial construction, or property development sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, or similar tools).
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical mindset with a focus on cost-efficiency and quality assurance.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
