Origo is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead our most critical client initiatives. In this role, you will be the architect of seamless service transitions, ensuring that client onboarding and service launches are executed flawlessly. You will bridge the gap between client expectations and operational delivery, managing the transition readiness process from inception to go-live and beyond. This is an opportunity to drive operational excellence within a dynamic environment, ensuring that every transition not only meets but exceeds client standards.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for identifying potential risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and implementing robust service delivery strategies. Your ability to maintain clear communication channels and deliver results under tight deadlines will be essential to the success of our service delivery readiness programs.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead end-to-end client onboarding and transition readiness activities.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of service launch phases to ensure operational stability.
  • Coordinate post-go-live support to address client concerns and ensure service continuity.
  • Develop comprehensive transition plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, IT, and Account Management, to mitigate risks.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during transition periods to measure success.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular progress updates to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or Service Delivery Manager within a BPO or Contact Center environment.
  • Strong understanding of client onboarding, transition readiness, and service launch processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure during critical transitions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Relevant Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is highly preferred.
  • A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
