We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee high-end villa construction projects in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for project execution, ensuring that our architectural visions are brought to life through seamless coordination of onsite activities, meticulous quality control, and rigorous adherence to project timelines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, a deep understanding of villa development standards, and the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams effectively. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between design concepts and physical completion, ensuring every detail meets our premium standards while maintaining cost efficiency.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily onsite construction activities to ensure progress aligns with the master schedule.
- Manage and oversee subcontractors and onsite workers to ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations.
- Monitor material procurement and site inventory to prevent delays in construction progress.
- Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential bottleneck issues.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve technical or logistical challenges during the construction phase.
- Ensure all project phases strictly adhere to the defined budget and architectural specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and finish.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, specifically in residential or villa developments in Bali.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead onsite teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to onsite management.
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English is highly desirable.
