Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the full project lifecycle of wastewater treatment plant construction and upgrades, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and government authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and project alignment.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including site engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, to maintain high standards of site safety and quality.
- Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and risk management strategies to mitigate potential delays.
- Monitor project financial performance, including budget tracking, cost control, and progress claims.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering designs to ensure feasibility and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings to resolve technical issues and ensure site activities align with the master schedule.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering from a recognized university.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in project management, specifically within the water or wastewater treatment industry.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale engineering projects from inception to commissioning in Singapore.
- Strong understanding of Singapore building codes, PUB standards, and environmental regulations.
- Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is highly advantageous.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
