Join Tiara Cipta Nirwana as a Project Manager for our Water Treatment Plant initiative in Tenggarong. Lead critical infrastructure projects ensuring sustainable water solutions for Kalimantan Timur. This role demands strategic oversight from planning to execution, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining exceptional quality control. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage entire project lifecycle for water treatment facilities from conception to commissioning
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams
- Monitor project progress, budget adherence, and risk mitigation
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
- Stakeholder management including government agencies and community representatives
- Lead quality assurance and control processes for infrastructure projects
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in project management, preferably water/wastewater treatment
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian environmental regulations and construction codes
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and contractors
- Advanced proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
