Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of water treatment projects, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Lead coordination between engineering design teams, procurement, and on-site construction contractors.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations, safety standards, and quality specifications.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, providing regular progress reports and technical updates to clients.
- Oversee the commissioning process to ensure systems are fully operational and performing to design specifications.
- Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, change orders, and final hand-over reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management, specifically within water or wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex engineering projects from inception to completion.
- Strong understanding of water treatment technologies, fluid dynamics, and relevant Indonesian building/environmental codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Ability to travel frequently to various project sites across Indonesia as required.
