Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of wellness and F&B projects in alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, culinary heads, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless project integration.
- Develop detailed project timelines, resource allocation plans, and budget forecasts to ensure on-time delivery.
- Monitor operational workflows and quality control standards across all wellness and dining venues.
- Identify potential project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes to optimize costs without compromising service quality.
- Report project progress, financial status, and performance metrics to regional leadership teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management, ideally within the luxury F&B, wellness, or hospitality sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million IDR budgets and complex cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of wellness industry trends and high-end culinary operations.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project).
- Ability to thrive in an MNC environment with global reporting standards.
