Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle for new wellness and F&B launches, from feasibility studies to grand opening
- Oversee fit-out operations including vendor management, construction timelines, and quality assurance
- Develop brand development strategies and implementation plans for new market entries
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between design, operations, and marketing teams
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform launch strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of project management experience in wellness, F&B, or hospitality sectors
- Proven track record in fit-out operations and construction project management
- Strong knowledge of brand development and marketing principles
- Familiarity with Indonesian regulatory requirements for F&B and wellness businesses
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Asana, Trello, MS Project)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
