Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of wind energy projects from conception to completion
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation
- Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budgets
- Identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective risk management strategies
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations
- Prepare regular project reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and project partners
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in wind energy or renewable energy projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex infrastructure or energy projects
- Strong knowledge of wind power technology, project lifecycle, and industry best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable
