Tanggung Jawab
- Execute complex experimental procedures in biochemistry, including protein purification, enzymatic assays, and cellular signaling studies.
- Perform routine maintenance and operation of mass spectrometry instrumentation to ensure high-quality analytical outputs.
- Prepare biological samples for proteomics or metabolomics analysis following established standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Document experimental data meticulously and assist in the preparation of research findings for peer-reviewed publications and grant reports.
- Collaborate with international research teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize existing research protocols.
- Assist in laboratory management tasks, including inventory control, chemical safety compliance, and maintenance of lab equipment.
- Participate in regular lab meetings and seminars to discuss progress and contribute innovative ideas for ongoing research projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Chemistry, or a related Life Sciences discipline.
- Strong theoretical and practical background in molecular biology techniques (e.g., Western Blot, PCR, cell culture).
- Prior experience with mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) is highly preferred; training will be provided for otherwise qualified candidates.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a diverse, collaborative research team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a track record of scientific documentation.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and ethical research practices.
