Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end project execution for air traffic management systems development
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, scientific research, and computer science domains
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical analyses for aviation optimization projects
- Develop and maintain project documentation including technical specifications and progress reports
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage project timelines
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related scientific field
- Minimum 2 years of project management experience in technical environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making
- Familiarity with aviation or aerospace industry standards preferred
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
