Tanggung Jawab
- Design, assemble, and maintain experimental test rigs for two-phase flow and heat transfer studies.
- Conduct systematic experiments to evaluate the performance of advanced cooling modules.
- Perform high-fidelity data acquisition and analysis using industry-standard simulation and measurement software.
- Draft technical reports, progress updates, and research papers for submission to high-impact journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external industry partners on cooling system integration.
- Maintain laboratory safety standards and ensure the operational efficiency of all technical equipment.
- Assist in the procurement of high-tech laboratory components and documentation of inventory.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong theoretical foundation in thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
- Hands-on experience with experimental setup, instrumentation, and data analysis software (e.g., MATLAB, LabVIEW, or Python).
- Familiarity with two-phase cooling technologies or electronic thermal management systems is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a rigorous research environment while meeting tight project deadlines.
- Experience with CAD software (SolidWorks or AutoCAD) for hardware design is an asset.
