Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource calendars.
- Monitor project progress against milestones and report variances to management.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to identify resource needs and potential bottlenecks.
- Utilize project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) to track deliverables and critical paths.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and present clear status reports and project updates to stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.
- Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
