We are looking for a dedicated and analytical Project Planner to join Magna Indonesia. In this role, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our projects by developing comprehensive plans that cover all essential aspects of the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for defining the project scope, estimating budgets, and preparing detailed strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Your key responsibilities will include coordinating mobilization and demobilization activities, preparing work drawings, and establishing standard work methods. You will also manage complex logistical requirements to ensure that resources are available when needed. We are seeking a professional who can translate complex project requirements into clear, actionable plans while maintaining a focus on safety, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed project plans that define scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate mobilization (mob) and demobilization (demob) activities at project sites.
- Prepare work drawings and define standard work methods.
- Manage project logistics, including material and equipment requirements.
- Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Planner in the Mining, Natural Resources, or Construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills to interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
