Are you a detail-oriented Project Planner seeking a challenging opportunity in the engineering sector? Precision Control is excited to partner with Pro Cahaya Industries to recruit a skilled professional to oversee critical project timelines. In this role, you will take charge of developing, maintaining, and tracking the master project schedule to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
As a Project Planner, you will act as the cornerstone of our project management team. You will translate complex project requirements into actionable timelines, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and mitigate risks before they impact the schedule. We are looking for a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a keen eye for detail.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive master project schedules using industry-standard tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to define project milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
- Monitor project progress continuously, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep the project on track.
- Update stakeholders regularly with accurate status reports, highlighting any risks or changes to the timeline.
- Ensure optimal resource allocation by coordinating with procurement and labor teams based on schedule needs.
- Analyze historical data to improve future project planning accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare and present project schedule updates during weekly meetings and formal reviews.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Project Planner or Scheduler within the engineering or construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software, specifically Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including PMBOK and Agile principles.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a contract/temporary team structure.
