Our client, a global leader in the water technology industry, is looking for a dedicated Project Planner to join their dynamic team in Woodlands. In this role, you will be the backbone of project operations, ensuring that complex water treatment and distribution projects are planned, executed, and delivered with precision.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard project management software.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure project milestones are met on time.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies to prevent delays.
- Prepare regular progress reports and project performance metrics for senior management review.
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure optimal team utilization.
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, and follow up on action items.
- Ensure full compliance with project specifications, safety protocols, and industry regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project planning or scheduling, preferably within the water treatment or infrastructure sector.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex project data and schedules.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience working in the Singapore water technology industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to project challenges.
