Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource plans for government infrastructure projects.
- Monitor project progress against baselines, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and government stakeholders to align planning activities and milestones.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation plans to address potential schedule, cost, and quality issues.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, dashboards, and forecasts to senior management and client representatives.
- Facilitate planning workshops and meetings to drive consensus and continuous improvement across project phases.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, preferably on large-scale infrastructure or government projects.
- Proficiency in planning tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent software.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and risk management frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with experience interacting with public sector clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency may be required for government-related roles.
