EVE Energy Malaysia is seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Engineer to lead procurement initiatives across the Southeast Asia region. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and management of materials essential for our manufacturing projects.
In this role, you will act as a bridge between engineering teams and suppliers, ensuring that project timelines are met without compromising on quality or cost-efficiency. You will oversee the entire procurement lifecycle—from identifying vendors and negotiating contracts to managing logistics and delivery schedules.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for manufacturing projects in the Southeast Asia region.
- Identify, qualify, and select suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality materials.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to optimize costs while maintaining supplier relationships.
- Collaborate with engineering and project management teams to define material specifications and requirements.
- Monitor project timelines, track delivery schedules, and resolve any logistical issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, safety standards, and local regulations.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance data to drive continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project procurement or supply chain management within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Proven track record of negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a cross-functional environment.
- Willingness to travel within the Southeast Asia region as required.
