Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive procurement strategies tailored to specific project requirements in the offshore industry.
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle, from inquiry and bid evaluation to negotiation, contract award, and final delivery.
- Ensure total compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with global vendors and sub-contractors to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Monitor and report on procurement KPIs, including cost savings, lead times, and supplier performance metrics.
- Coordinate closely with internal project teams, engineering departments, and logistics to ensure seamless supply chain integration.
- Mitigate supply chain risks by identifying potential bottlenecks and implementing contingency plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in project procurement, preferably within the offshore, marine, or oil & gas sector.
- In-depth knowledge of contract management, procurement best practices, and international shipping/logistics terms.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, especially regarding complex project documentation.
- Professional certification (e.g., CPSM, CSCP) is highly advantageous.
