As a PPC for unitized facade systems, you will bridge the gap between engineering design and on-site execution. You will be responsible for planning the production timeline, managing material workflows, and ensuring that every unitized module meets strict technical specifications. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, schedule, and monitor the production workflow for unitized facade modules.
- Coordinate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure timely delivery of shop drawings and materials.
- Manage inventory levels and material requirements planning (MRP) for high-value construction components.
- Monitor daily production output against project milestones and quality control standards.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in the production process to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Prepare detailed progress reports for project stakeholders and senior management.
- Enforce health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols within the production and fabrication area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PPC, Production Planner, or Project Coordinator within the facade or construction industry.
- Deep understanding of unitized facade systems, fabrication processes, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD for interpreting technical drawings.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between multi-disciplinary teams.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight project schedules in a dynamic environment.
