Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate cross-border projects in Malaysia and Singapore, ensuring timely delivery and resource allocation
- Manage and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and compliance records
- Provide on-site technical support to resolve production issues and ensure operational efficiency
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align project objectives and resolve conflicts
- Monitor project milestones, track progress, and prepare detailed status reports for stakeholders
- Assist in developing production schedules and optimizing workflow processes
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in project coordination or production support within manufacturing or security industry
- Strong proficiency in technical documentation management and CAD software
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word) and project management tools
