Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans, procedures, and checklists ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and contractual requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and process audits to verify adherence to approved drawings, specifications, safety standards, and work procedures for construction and electrical installations.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders (Client, Consultants, Contractors) to resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and technical queries.
- Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), material submittals, and method statements specific to MEPFS and civil works.
- Prepare and manage comprehensive quality documentation, including inspection reports, audit logs, Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Facilitate internal and external quality audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings and effective implementation of corrective actions.
- Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, preparing regular status reports for project management review.
- Provide training and guidance to project teams on quality standards, best practices, and the importance of a "Quality First" culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3ā5 years of hands-on experience in a Quality Assurance/Quality Control role within the construction or electrical industry.
- Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 is highly preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of construction methodologies, electrical systems, MEPFS, and Philippine building codes.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and familiar with documentation control software (e.g., Aconex, SharePoint).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, capable of interfacing with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Must be willing to work full-time onsite at Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga.
