Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans for construction and electrical projects
- Conduct site inspections, material testing, and quality audits to ensure compliance with specifications
- Review engineering drawings, technical documents, and contractor submissions for quality compliance
- Document non-conformities, prepare inspection reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor adherence to safety protocols and industry standards (ISO, IEC, etc.)
- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and ensure timely rectification
- Maintain quality documentation systems and prepare compliance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of QA/QC experience in construction or electrical industries
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, IEC 60364)
- Certification in Quality Management Systems (QMS) or Six Sigma preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with quality control tools and inspection methodologies
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment
