In this pivotal role, you will be the guardian of quality throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring our high-tech manufacturing processes meet rigorous international standards.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate quality planning activities for new product introductions (NPI).
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, including FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), to ensure proactive defect prevention.
- Collaborate with R&D, production, and supply chain departments to address quality-related technical issues.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure compliance with international quality standards and customer-specific quality requirements.
- Perform regular internal audits and quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Prepare detailed quality reports and presentations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within the electronics or high-tech manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
- Proficiency in QC tools (SPC, FMEA, 8D, Pareto Analysis, Fishbone Diagram).
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple project deadlines.
- Experience in process validation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
