Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate major rolling stock projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct technical assessments and inspections of rolling stock to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Develop and manage comprehensive maintenance schedules and asset lifecycle plans.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, vendors, and external contractors to resolve engineering issues efficiently.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and project documentation for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction in rolling stock operations.
- Ensure all engineering activities adhere to environmental and safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or a related field).
- Proven experience (minimum 3-5 years) in rolling stock engineering or a similar railway environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Technical proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid engineering certification or registration is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
