As we continue to scale our operations, we are seeking a passionate and driven Project Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Kabupaten Tangerang, Banten. This is a strategic role focused on capturing new project opportunities, elevating brand presence, and delivering tailored consultation to industry professionals.

In this position, you will serve as the primary link between Singres Tiles and key players in the construction and design ecosystem, including architects, interior designers, contractors, real estate developers, and quantity surveyors. You will be responsible for understanding architectural designs, assessing material specifications, and presenting our versatile collections as the ideal solution. Your consultative sales approach will help clients bring their creative visions to life while maximizing business revenue and market share.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the commercial and residential construction project sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers.
  • Conduct persuasive product presentations and consultations to guide clients in selecting the best tiling solutions for their projects.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from initial lead generation and quoting to negotiation and final contract closure.
  • Collaborate closely with internal project management and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth areas in the Banten and Jakarta regions.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 2-4 years in B2B project sales, ideally within building materials, sanitary ware, tiles, or interior design.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Possess a valid driver's license and own transportation for client visits across Tangerang and surrounding areas.
