Gain City Group is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Director / Senior Manager (ACMV) to join our expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for spearheading our Air Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV) project sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders, developers, and consultants.

You will lead high-level negotiations, oversee project tenders, and ensure that our technical solutions align with client requirements and profitability targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to secure large-scale ACMV projects within the commercial and industrial sectors.
- Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to tender submission and final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with architects, mechanical consultants, main contractors, and property developers.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible, cost-effective, and meet all regulatory standards.
- Provide expert technical and commercial advice to clients to differentiate Gain City’s value proposition in a competitive market.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines to identify new business opportunities.
- Mentor and guide the sales team to achieve individual and departmental KPIs and revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related Business/Management field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in ACMV project sales or business development within the Singapore construction industry.
- Proven track record of managing high-value projects and meeting significant sales quotas.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, building regulations, and tender procedures in Singapore.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage complex project budgets and profit margins.
- Self-motivated, strategic thinker with a professional approach to client account management.
