Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Johor region to drive revenue growth.
- Provide technical consultation and engineering advice to prospective clients during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling project proposals, quotations, and technical presentations.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering and production teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess client needs and provide on-site technical support.
- Negotiate project terms and contracts to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain an updated CRM system to track sales activities and project pipelines.
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably within the engineering or construction sector.
- Strong understanding of technical project lifecycle and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Malay.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for frequent travel within the region.
- Highly self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and professional presentation tools.
