Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities for commercial and industrial HVAC projects.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property developers, mechanical consultants, M&E contractors, and interior designers.
- Prepare and deliver comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimations, and system configurations based on client blueprints and specifications.
- Conduct professional product presentations and technical briefings to key corporate decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal project management and engineering teams to ensure accurate product delivery and installation.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales revenue targets while actively monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
- Provide reliable pre-sales and post-sales technical support to ensure maximum client satisfaction and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Both experienced HVAC Sales Engineers and ambitious fresh graduates with a strong interest in technical sales are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior knowledge of HVAC systems, air conditioning solutions, or the construction M&E industry is a major advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven with a strong problem-solving attitude.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own vehicle, as the role requires regular travel to meet clients and visit project sites.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and basic engineering design software is highly preferred.
