As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the full sales lifecycle—from identifying leads and conducting site surveys to presenting technical proposals and closing deals. You will work closely with our engineering and project management teams to ensure seamless implementation and delivery. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle for Car Park Systems and related infrastructure.
- Conduct site surveys, analyze customer requirements, and prepare detailed technical proposals.
- Present product demonstrations and technical solutions to prospective clients to address their specific needs.
- Collaborate with the internal engineering team to customize solutions and ensure technical feasibility.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients while actively hunting for new business opportunities.
- Provide comprehensive after-sales technical support, training, and guidance to customers post-installation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify strategic growth areas.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, preferably within the AV, security, or access control industry.
- Strong understanding of car park management systems, hardware, and software integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to travel within Penang and West Malaysia for client visits and project meetings.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid driving license and a strong professional presence.
