Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the electrical infrastructure and construction sectors.
- Manage and nurture relationships with project consultants, M&E contractors, and developers to secure project tenders.
- Conduct site visits and technical assessments to understand specific project requirements.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and technical proposals to key decision-makers.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to achieve profitable sales targets and market share growth.
- Coordinate with the internal technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in project-based sales, preferably within the electrical or construction industries.
- Strong understanding of electrical infrastructure products or industrial equipment is highly advantageous.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
- Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for frequent site visits and client meetings.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing regional team.
