We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Project Sales Executive to join our expanding team in Jakarta Pusat.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, tasked with fostering deep-rooted relationships with architects, interior designers, property developers, and contractors. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying new project opportunities and ensuring that our premium products remain the top choice for high-end interior developments across Indonesia. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, interior designers, and corporate clients.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the premium interior and construction sector.
- Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare accurate project quotations, proposals, and sales contracts in line with company standards.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry to final delivery and client follow-up.
- Collaborate with the internal project team to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for project accounts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within the interior, construction, or luxury building materials industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and a target-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Strong knowledge of the Jakarta construction and interior design market is a distinct advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel for client meetings.
