- Identify, prospect, and cultivate new business opportunities with project-based clients through networking and research.
- Conduct needs analysis to understand client requirements and present tailored technical solutions.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and final closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with the product and technical teams to ensure accurate project scoping.
- Track sales metrics, forecast revenue, and report on performance to management regularly.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Strong understanding of project management and the sales process.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to negotiate deals and meet sales targets.
