Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with architects, contractors, and project developers.
- Present and demonstrate high-value product solutions to clients to meet project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the construction sector.
- Conduct site visits to provide technical support and ensure product integration aligns with project specifications.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation.
- Collaborate with the internal team to prepare project proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Stay updated on construction industry trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply (Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Marketing preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- High level of curiosity and a drive to learn about construction materials and architectural standards.
- Willingness to travel for field work and client meetings across Surabaya and surrounding areas.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and own vehicle is a plus.
- Resilient personality with a 'can-do' attitude and strong goal-orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
