Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Furniture and Sanitary Ware sectors.
- Conduct site visits and meetings with potential clients to understand project requirements.
- Prepare accurate quotations, tenders, and proposals in line with client specifications.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing and handover.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in project sales, preferably within the furniture, sanitary ware, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building materials, interior finishes, and sanitary ware products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Valid Class 3 or 3E driving license (Desirable for site visits).
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
