Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the HVAC/ACMV sector to meet company revenue targets.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, cost estimates, and tender submissions for complex engineering projects.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure project designs meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Manage end-to-end client relationships, from initial inquiry and site surveys to post-project follow-up.
- Conduct professional presentations and negotiations with stakeholders, including developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure timely delivery and profitability.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technology, and competitive market landscape to optimize sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in HVAC/ACMV project sales or technical engineering.
- Strong understanding of ACMV systems, psychrometrics, and local building codes (BCA/NEA regulations).
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using CAD software is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a valid Class 3 driving license.
