Our client, a leading provider of high-performance industrial flooring solutions, is looking for a driven Project Sales Manager to lead their sales initiatives in Singapore. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-quality flooring systems and major industrial clients, ensuring that facilities are equipped with the most durable and compliant surfacing solutions.
You will manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—from lead generation and technical consulting to closing high-value projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share in the industrial flooring sector.
- Identify and qualify new project opportunities across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
- Provide technical consultation to architects, facility managers, and contractors regarding flooring systems and specifications.
- Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, quotes, and project tenders.
- Manage the end-to-end project sales lifecycle, ensuring timely communication and alignment with client expectations.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and recommend appropriate flooring solutions.
- Foster long-term relationships with stakeholders, including developers and maintenance procurement teams.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in construction, industrial supplies, or flooring solutions.
- Strong understanding of industrial building requirements and material specifications.
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project estimation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong aptitude for building a robust sales pipeline.
- Valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred for site visits.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
