Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial sector across the West Region.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement managers.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure precise project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for management review.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex industrial solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
