Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the industrial sector across the West Region.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, engineers, and procurement managers.
- Coordinate with internal technical and project teams to ensure precise project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B project sales, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex industrial solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced MNC environment.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is highly advantageous.
