We are looking for a dedicated Project Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our sales projects. Your primary focus will be to monitor projects from the initial Purchase Order (PO) through to final payment and the successful supply of goods.
As a Project Sales Representative, you will act as the bridge between our clients and our operational teams. You will utilize your strong influencing and negotiation skills to ensure client satisfaction while maintaining strict oversight of project progress. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can manage complex workflows and coordinate effectively across different departments to ensure timely delivery and accurate financial processing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor incoming project requests and manage the entire project lifecycle from initiation to completion.
- Handle and process Purchase Orders (PO) efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely approval from stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all project-related payments are processed correctly and on schedule.
- Oversee the supply chain to guarantee that goods are delivered to clients as agreed upon in the project scope.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients by providing regular updates and resolving any supply or payment issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, sales performance, and supply chain metrics for management review.
- Identify potential risks in project execution and propose effective mitigation strategies to ensure smooth operations.
Kualifikasi
- Strong influencing and negotiation skills with a proven track record in client management.
- Experience in project monitoring and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Good understanding of supply chain management and logistics processes.
- Basic financial literacy with the ability to understand and process POs and payments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
