Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and key decision-makers in the construction sector
- Identify and pursue project sales opportunities specifically for repainting and high-rise building developments
- Present Mowilex's premium paint solutions to architectural firms, contractors, and property developers
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals tailored to large-scale project requirements
- Conduct market research to identify emerging construction projects and potential clients
- Collaborate with technical teams to provide product specifications and application guidance
- Track sales performance and maintain detailed client records in CRM systems
- Participate in industry trade shows and networking events to expand market presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building materials or construction industry
- Proven track record in project sales and account management
- Deep understanding of Indonesia's construction market and project procurement processes
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to close complex contracts
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license with willingness to travel within Jakarta Raya
