- Develop and execute sales strategies for residential and retail projects
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architectural and construction sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and end clients
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and project requirements
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure product specifications meet client expectations
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, furniture, or related industries
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
