Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and building materials sector to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and emerging trends in the Jawa Tengah construction industry.
  • Coordinate with project management and technical teams to ensure product specifications meet client requirements and project timelines.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in compliance with company standards and legal regulations.
  • Attend industry trade shows, networking events, and client meetings to expand professional networks and generate leads.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the building materials, construction, or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of the construction lifecycle, including government tenders, residential projects, and high-rise developments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel frequently within the Jawa Tengah region.
