We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Scheduler to join the dynamic team at PT Accesstech Super Jaya. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring the construction schedules for our high-stakes data center projects. You will serve as the central point for timeline management, ensuring that all project milestones are met and that deliverables are executed with precision. We are looking for a proactive professional who can navigate complex construction environments and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to maintain project momentum.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Monitor construction progress against the baseline schedule and identify any deviations or delays.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align activities with project milestones.
- Prepare and present regular schedule status reports to project stakeholders and management.
- Assess risks to the timeline and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage resource allocation to ensure optimal efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, specifically within the construction or data center infrastructure sector.
- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project Suite.
- Deep understanding of Critical Path Method (CPM) and construction planning methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
