Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6 software
- Analyze critical paths, resource allocation, and dependencies to optimize project timelines
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions
- Prepare detailed progress reports and schedule performance metrics for stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure schedule adherence
- Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans for schedule deviations
- Support project planning, milestone tracking, and change management processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Scheduler with Primavera P6 expertise
- Proven track record in transmission line or infrastructure project scheduling
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex project data
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Certification in project management (PMP) or scheduling is highly desirable
- Knowledge of engineering standards and construction methodologies
