Tanggung Jawab
- Manage on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to engineering specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control assessments
- Prepare technical documentation including progress reports, as-built drawings, and compliance records
- Implement safety protocols and environmental management systems
- Resolve technical issues and optimize construction methodologies
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of site/project engineering experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and engineering software applications
- Strong knowledge of construction materials and methodologies
- Certification in project management or safety compliance is advantageous
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
