Steintek Inc., a reputable engineering firm in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Project Site Engineer to join our team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a key member of our construction projects, you will oversee on-site activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure adherence to plans and specifications.
In this role, you will be responsible for project coordination, site inspection, review of shop drawings, and management of project documentation. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will be critical to the success of our projects.
We are looking for a proactive engineer with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality. A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required, along with relevant experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily on-site construction activities to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Review and interpret shop drawings, technical specifications, and project plans.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including reports, permits, and correspondence.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure materials and workmanship conform to project standards and specifications.
- Assist in cost control, resource allocation, and project scheduling.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Registered Civil Engineer (RCE) is an advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in site engineering and project coordination.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, project management software, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to be assigned in Pasig City and nearby areas.
