Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure projects are executed according to specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with sub-contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project workflow.
- Prepare, monitor, and update project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
- Manage site resources, including materials and equipment, to ensure cost-efficiency and project timeline adherence.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with quality control and regulatory requirements.
- Troubleshoot technical issues on-site and provide effective, timely solutions.
- Ensure all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies are strictly followed by all site personnel.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in site supervision or project management.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and site management practices.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively in a team.
- Proven ability to solve complex technical problems under pressure.
- Willingness to be based at project sites in Bukit Jelutong and surrounding areas.
