Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Project Manager in the day-to-day supervision and management of site activities.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are met within defined timelines.
- Monitor site progress, conduct frequent inspections, and report on performance against baseline plans.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure efficient resource management.
- Identify potential site issues, provide technical solutions, and escalate risks to project leadership.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to safety, health, and environmental (WSH) regulations.
- Prepare technical reports, site documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in site supervision or project engineering within the construction/engineering sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site safety protocols, and building regulations in Singapore.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead site meetings and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical problems and make timely decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to challenging construction environments.
