As a Project Site Engineer, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact on-site, bridging the gap between architectural designs and physical execution. You will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, ensuring that every phase of the project adheres strictly to engineering specifications and safety standards. Your leadership will be crucial in managing on-site quality control, directing labor forces, and optimizing resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and monitor daily on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project plans.
- Review technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to resolve any design discrepancies.
- Direct and supervise on-site labor, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain productivity.
- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures and safety protocols on the job site.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly progress reports to project stakeholders.
- Manage the procurement and inventory of construction materials and equipment.
- Coordinate with local authorities and utility providers for site-specific requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and mitigate potential project risks or delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) License is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in site supervision or construction project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and standard Office productivity tools.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, structural standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to be based full-time in Ormoc City, Leyte.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and tight project timelines effectively.
