Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage daily on-site operations, ensuring projects adhere to specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Implement and enforce robust safety protocols and regulations, conducting regular site inspections to maintain a safe working environment.
- Coordinate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery.
- Monitor project progress against schedules, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports, daily logs, and documentation for all site activities and meetings.
- Conduct quality control checks and inspections, ensuring all materials and workmanship meet required standards.
- Resolve technical issues and challenges that arise on site, collaborating with design teams and other stakeholders.
- Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, preferably within the [e.g., building construction/infrastructure] sector in Singapore.
- Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and construction safety standards (e.g., WSH Act).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to site management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to effectively coordinate diverse teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Possession of relevant safety certifications (e.g., BCSS, SSSC) is an advantage.
